Our founder, Matthew Carr, will conduct a review of your technology function across people, process and technology against your business goals and objectives. 

A report will be produced with an holistic assessment and recommendations based on the review.  Also include will be a high-level 30, 60 and 90 day plan.

For technology functions, or SaaS businesses, with less than 80 employees - £4,500 / $6,000.

We work with businesses and teams facing critical challenges and create and execute strategies to resolve those.

Each business and situation is unique to them, so through collaborative diagnostic assessments and evaluations we identify root causes of failure and areas for improvement.

How do you find people?

We post our open roles on Linkedin and typically hear from 100 - 1000s of people per role.

For each role we’ll screen 10 of those people and provide two options.

Along with this we also have a network of highly skilled professionals that we know and have worked with before.

We do not use recruitment agencies.

How do you screen people?

We use our network of fractional leaders to run role-specific screenings and engage people we have worked with previously.

We generally ask candidates to walk us through how they’d build or deliver something relevant to the role we’re hiring for. 

We do not run role-independent screens.

How long does it take you to find people?

One week.

How do you make money?

We provide the people and fractional leaders we find as contractors through The Agility Guy and we markup their rates.

What type of commitment do you require?

The searches we run are free and require no upfront commitment.

All of our contracts are at will and can be cancelled with one week’s notice.

Can you help us make full time hires?

Yes, there’s little to no difference between finding contractors who augmentation your team and permanent full-time team members.

Can you spin up teams?

We have experience building teams of up to 20.

We typically anchor the teams we build to fractional leaders.
