Who is The Agility Guy?

I'm an Independent Agility Advisor and executive leader with 23 years experience across a broad range of industries (private equity, fintech, edtech, gaming, retail, productivity and wholesale), business models (B2B, B2C, B2B2C SaaS) and company growth stages.
I have built technology, delivery and engineering organisations from scratch, managed global departments up to 180 people in size, and learnt how to execute high-growth, mergers, acquisitions and spinoffs, as well as reorganisations and downsizing where my people-centric approach drives exceptional results.
